Material Fact – Água Limpa

ALUPAR INVESTIMENTO S.A. (“Companhia” or “Alupar”), a publicly-held company registered at the CVM under number 2149-0, pursuant to Article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6404, of December 15, 1976, as amended, and Instruction 358, dated January 3, 2002, as amended, issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that on this date the Company won Auction 10/2013, of the National Electric Power Agency (ANEEL), with the negotiation of 6.0 average MW of Small Hydroelectric Plant Água Limpa, located in the Piracicaba River, in the city of Antônio Dias, State of Minas Gerais. The energy price was negotiated in the Auction at one hundred and thirty-eight reais per megawatt-hour (R$138.00/MWh) for thirty (30) years, as of May 1, 2018.
