Material Fact – Change in Police for Disclosure of Material Act or Fact

ALUPAR INVESTIMENTO S.A., a publicly held company, registered at CVM under nº 2149-0 (“Company”), pursuant to Article 157, Paragraph 4 of Law 6,404 of December 15, 1976, as amended and provisions of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”) Rule 358 of January 3, 2002, as amended (“CVM Rule 358”), informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company’s Board of Directors’ meeting held on this date approved the Company’s new Police for Disclosure of Material Act or Fact (“New Disclosure Policy”). Among other amendments, the New Disclosure Policy alters the means of disclosing the Company’s material act or fact, which will be released (i) at the news portal Webpage http://www.portalneo1.net/; (ii) at the Company’s Website (www.alupar.com.br/ir); and (iii) at the CVM’s system through which periodic and occasional information is sent (IPE System), as authorized by CVM Rule 547 of February 5, 2014, which amends CVM Rule 358.

As provided for in the New Disclosure Policy, notwithstanding the disclosure of material act or fact by the aforementioned communication channels, any material fact may also be published in newspapers of widespread circulation.

The Company also informs that it will carry out the changes necessary in its reference form and registry form as required by prevailing rules.
