Material Fact – PCH Verde 8

ALUPAR INVESTIMENTO S.A. was the winner of the auction 06/2013- ANEEL, through the negotiation of 13.1 MW average of PCH Verde 8, located in Rio Verde, municipality of Santa Helena de Goiás, State of Goiás. The value of the electricity commercialized in the auction was R$ 130,00/ MWh (One hundred and thirty reais per megawatt hour) for a period of thirty (30) years starting delivery as of January 1, 2018.
