Diversity and Inclusion Program
Alupar has a Diversity and Inclusion Program called Alento, which is based on principles of cognitive empathy, active listening, education, engagement, ethics, and social effectiveness. Some of the actions are highlighted below:

- Conducting literacy sessions on Diversity topics with our employees;
- Internal actions on Diversity awareness dates;
